Digital Tailor Agency was commissioned with the task of creating an engaging Christmas campaign dubbed “Krisi na Naivas” that will drive sales and foot traffic to their various stores countrywide.

Develop a Christmas-themed campaign that will remain authentically Kenyan and deliver memorable experiences to customers during the festive season. Our approach was to create a 360⁰ digital marketing plan that will combine all major social media platforms to publicize the campaign and effectively reach its target audience. The campaign was to give customers gift vouchers and amazing giveaways such as mbuzis.
Naivas supermarket benefited from an aggressive digital marketing campaign that saw them disburse over Kshs. 35 million gift vouchers and 5M in cash prizes. Overall, Naivas Supermarket’s social media platforms mainly Facebook and Twitter were able to grow their followers by over 20,000followers by the end of the campaign.
