Kaiser Kenya is a high-end German Kitchen appliance firm that offers cookers, microwaves, ovens, and refrigerators. Kaiser Kenya engaged Digital Tailor Agency to create Valentine’s campaign that would create awareness of their products and drive lead generation.
Challenge
Create an engaging Valentine’s marketing campaign that will center around the theme of love and increase awareness and demand for Kaiser appliances. The campaign additionally aimed to incorporate various offers during the season of love.
Solution
For Kaiser Kenya, we were able to implement a 360 ⁰ digital marketing campaign that integrated various channels such as Social media (Facebook & Instagram, Linkedin),Google ads, SMS marketing, Email marketing, and WhatsApp blasts. Our creative team also generated a creative campaign name “Kaiser With Love” which drove customers to fall in love with the brand through offers and excellent customer service.
Results
Kaiser Kenya was able to increase foot traffic to their store by 25% by the end of the campaign which resulted in a significant amount of sales. Its digital presence grew in terms of followers, likes, engagement, messages, and reactions by 20% which developed brand loyalty among its customers.
